This year’s theme was “It’s a Great Day to Be Irish” and it was a grand day!
Green was the color that filled the sidewalks around the State Capitol.
Madison’s 9th annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade had the luck of the Irish with the great
weather that held out as nearly 100 entries marched around the square.
Many thanks to the sponsors, contributors, volunteers and all the spectators
who came and helped make the parade a success. The proceeds raised from
this event will benefit the UW Comprehensive Cancer Center.
